Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HELP TEXT IS NOT CURRENTLY VISIBLE IN MOBILE DEVICES

Help text on below mentioned screens is rendered when internet banking is accessed through desktop and does not appear on mobile responsive and mobile Apps(IOS & Android)

- Pay bills
- Set repeat transfer
- View repeat transfer
- New Term Deposit
- Term Deposit calculator (access from accounts widgets)
- Track request
- Raise new request
- Limits: channel (i) – it cannot be pressed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Help text should be come in mobile applications as well as its seen in internet banking.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into mobile app
2. Check help text on above mentioned screens.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see help line in above screens from the mobile apps.
