Symptoms

Issue on OBDX application while adding or loading domestic payee, click on the domestic button it is showing only the previously loaded screen like (Internal payee, International payee).

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
On Changing tab in create payee, from Internal Payee/ International Payee to Domestic Payee page. Domestic Payee is not getting loaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On Changing tab in create payee, from Internal Payee/ International Payee to Domestic Payee.Domestic Payee is should be loaded.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Go the Payee screen
3. Click the create button
4. Click on the bank account
5. Click on the domestic payee button


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see domestic payee form.

 No Changes in Environment and hardware that trigger the problem
