Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to open branch batches, the following error occurs.

ERROR

SM-7002 : User does not have rights

STEPS
-----------------------
Below steps followed by User

1) Log into the application with teller/vault role.
2) Launch "Open Teller Batch" by using function ID 9001.
3) Click on OK.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on the branch screens till the Teller batches are not Open.
