On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GEBFXCRV only calculate revaluated utilization. It did not include other utilization (ex. same CCY utilization).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GEBFXCRV should include other utilization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to screen AEDSTART.
2. Run the batch GEBFXCRV.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there was a mismatch between utilization & facility.
