New TD Account Authorization from API Fails (Doc ID 2624785.1)

Symptoms

After opening RD through Web Service Authorization Returning Error

After opening RD through API,now we are trying to authorize the contract.But through web service system is returning "Invalid account number" error.


ERROR

ST-OTHR-103 -- Invalid Account Number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a TD/RD from a API
2. authorize the same from API,verify the message/response


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the RD created from API
