Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On multiple clicks of confirm button, multiple REST requests are posted. Due to this, duplicate posting is initiated which may lead to double posting.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On the first click, confirm button should be disabled, so that consecutive click should not post REST request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate any of the below three transactions:
  A. Cheque Book Request
  B. Stop Cheque
  C. Request Statement
2. Click the confirm button multiple times.
3. Observe that confirm button is not disabled after first click and multiple REST request has been posted.
