GL Definition When Copied And Modified, Saving The Definition Throws Error. (Doc ID 2624878.1)

Symptoms

User is getting Error message while saving GL-PP definition after performing Copy

-In UI GL PP copy, while User is trying to update the existing PP Entity name with other name, save it, and getting "Error in creating record". Existing one is 'STG_CASA' -> 'Stage Casa Accounts' and updating with'STG_TD_CONTRACTS' -> 'Stage Term Deposit Contracts', and saving
-Error in GL log,
[11-10-18 14:49:01 PM] ~ INFO  ~ GLRECON ~ [ReconUtil][createRecon]Error while executing Batch :Failed Executing Batch: error occurred during batching: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (FSDFATM.FK_3002_1) violated -parent key not found in  Hirarchy resave error
-Copy is inserting data in FSI_TARGET_FILTERS for both 'STG_TD_CONTRACTS' aswell as 'STG_CASA'. But it's throwing error for 'STG_CASA' ->ORA-02291:integrity constraint (FSDFATM.FK_2090_1) violated - parent key not found
