On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System does not apply the maintained Exchange rate in PM TXN

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System to pickup the Rate maintained and not to move to exchange rate queue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-->Process the X border TXN from PXDOTONL
-->System doesn't apply and display the Exchange rate at TXN
-->Approve the TXN from Auth Limit Q 1
-->System alerts the user saying TXN processed
--> Wherein TXN moved to Exchange rate Q


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Manual intervention is required for all the X-border FCY transactions.
