Delete functionality is not working in Uploaded file inquiry

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Delete functionality should be working in Uploaded file inquiry

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Corporate Maker
2. Go to File Upload >> Uploaded File Inquiry
3. Click on file reference id
4. Select record >> Delete.
