The Limit Package Drop-down List Size Appears Differently In IE as Compared to Chrome (Doc ID 2625543.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating new user there is option for selecting limits for every channel. The size of the limit drop down is different in different browsers.
In IE drop down is small and in Chrome the drop down is as per the length of text

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The limit drop down should be same in both IE and chrome.
It should be set as per the length of the text present in the drop down.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Log in as super admin-->User Management
2) Select User type as retail user and enter any retail user name
3)On click of search --> click on the username and view the user details
4)click on edit button-->when selecting the limit package in the drop-down list,it looks different in the internet explorer as compared to the same in chrome

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users get confused what are the available option.
The look and feel is bad in case of IE browser.
