ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Domestic IMPS (Immediate Payment service) transfer is not working, after FCR (Flexcube Core Banking) host mandate the beneficiary name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
IMPS transaction request should get succeed with FCR host 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to retail OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) internet banking application
2. Navigate Dashboard > Payments Widget > Transfer Money > Existing Payee

OR

Toggle Menu > Payments > Transfer Money > Existing Payee

OR

Dashboard > Payments Menu > Transfer Money > Existing Payee


3. Make a payment
