Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
While clicking on the cross button (X) on the OTP popup on Mobile App, the blank screen gets displayed
where as when we click on cancel button it takes us bank to the transfer page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
The functionality of cross button should work like cancel button in the popup on Mobile App.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Mobile Application as a Retail User
2. Go to Payments --> Transfer Money. OTP should be enabled for this transaction.
3. The OTP Screen opens as a pop-up. The cancel button shows a blank page.
4. The Cancel button on the screen redirects back properly.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see a blank page on exiting the OTP pop up on Mobile App screen using the cross(x) button.
