Symptoms

After Xcode 11.2 updated ,Not able to build IOS application

Module compiled with Swift 5.1 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.1.2



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Updating Xcode from 11.1 to Xcode 11.2
2.Build the iOS workspace
