Symptoms

When attempting to create a feedback template
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Access denied .
Access denied .user does not have permission to perform this action


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application as Bank administrator
2. click on feedback template maintenance
3. Fill the data and click on submit
4. error is displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create feedback templates

 No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
