After Settlement Account Branch Transfer, Swift Message details Are Showing As Blank. (Doc ID 2627074.1)

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank has done branch transfer for a settlement account of the loan account and after transferring the branch, its observed that swift message details are shown blank on the screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After branch transfer , all swift message details should be present.

STEPS:

-------

1. Create a loan account from branch 'A' and give the settlement account belongs to the same branch.
2. Change the branch for the settlement account to B.
3. Run EOD
4. Query the loan account in CLDACCNT screen and check the Swift message details tab in CLDACCNT screen


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view SWIFT message details post branch transfer.
