ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When logging into OBDX application in Arabic language for the first time, Terms and Conditions page is not seen in Arabic but in English language.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When logging into OBDX application in Arabic language for the first time, Terms and Conditions page should be seen in Arabic language.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new User in OBDX
2. Log in with the new User in Arabic language.
