ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A Savings account with dormant parameter Manual is activated automatically

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank expects the dormant accounts mapped with dormant parameter as Manual should not be activated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose a dormant account with dormancy parameter Manual
2. Post a transaction , whose transaction code is considered for Activity
3. Verify the dormant status of the account

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Accounts that need to be activated manually, are automatically changed to active status
