Symptoms

When retail user tries to open the downloaded TD (Term Deposit) statement the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Failed to load PDF Document"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Login as retail user -->In dashboard --> go to My accounts
2)Term Deposit -->View statement-->Download the pdf.
