Unable to authorise the contract
Vami was done effective dated 03-Sep-2019 to change UDF value .Save and tried to authorize .

Error : Failed in processing VAMI
Debug :
Cspks_Creator=>Duplicate Error :CL-VAM011/ORA-00001: unique constraint (PK1_CL_ACC_LINK_AMND) violated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a loan which is having linkages.
2. Do a back dated vami prior to the linkage effective date.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do back value dated VAMI prior to the linkage effective date.
