Symptoms

Account closure during EOD using CASABAT failed with error code ST-CLS12

Changes

1. Upload 0 balance accounts to be closed into catm_acc_closure_upload table.
2. Make sure CASABAT is maintained for the branch.
3. Process ACCLOSE is available in sttb_automatic_process table.
4. Run EOD.
5. Verify if the account has been successfully closed.
