ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Customer Service Search -> Escrow Transaction Search, user not able to Search more than one account using IN logical operator. This issue exists in all search screens

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

System should allow users to search more than one account using the IN logical operator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Go to customer service -> search screen
2. Select parameter "account' and comparison operator as 'IN' and enter more than one account number(valid) in the text box.
3. System should return the valid results according to account numbers entered

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search more than one account number using IN and NOT IN operator in the search screen.
