Customer is unable to withdraw from Account using ATM/Interface (Doc ID 2630031.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to withdraw using ATM for the Linked account. The Channel Transactions performed is successful and it is auto Reversed as the Field 54 is having special Characters for the Derived Available Balance on the Account.

Field 54 is derived based on the Available Balance of the Account and as per Currency definition the account balance should not be more then 2 decimal places.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The account related to the debug Card should be used to Withdraw /deposit


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Debit Card for Transaction
