Cheque deposit from FlexBranch fails with error "Invalid Routing Number" for new branches (Doc ID 2630101.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform cheque deposit from FlexBranch screen 6501
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid routing number


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch 6510 Flexbranch screen
2. Input the details of the instrument to be deposited
3. Input a valid routing number
4. Save the transaction


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform cheque deposit impacting customer requirement

Changes

 New branches were created recently , and only for those new branches , routing number validation fails during cheque deposit
