On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to clear the locked user from front end "CLRU" screen. This is because user is not able to fetch the user in "CLRU" screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Got to CLRU
2. Click on fetch and clear the locked user
