Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mail Box Unread mail count is not in sync with the actual unread mail present in inbox and View All Option in the notification box is not present for mail section

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Unread mail count should be same as per the actual unread mail present in the inbox and view all option for the mails should be present in the mail

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to dashboard
2. Click on notification icon
3. Check unread mail count and actual unread mails in mailbox
