Report Generation - Party ID is Mandatory in User Creation Report

When generating "Date Wise User Creation Report" for User Type "Retail", system is asking for Party ID.


ERROR

System is throwing an error that the user must enter Party ID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-------------------------

Party Id should not be mandatory when generating Date wise User Creation Report.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Log in with Admin User
2- Access Toggle Menu -> Reports -> Reports Generation
3- Access adhoc -> Report Name (Date Wise User Creation Report) -> User Type (Retail)
4- Pick date and report format and click on "Generate Report"
