User Defined Error Code Not Available For New STP Rule (Doc ID 2631131.1)

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The newly created error message was not available from the in the drop down list in the STP rules 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The newly created error message should be available to be attached with the STP rules

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a new STP rule to send a message into repair
2. New error code created by copying an existing user defined error code.
3. On attempting to add the an error message in the STP rules the new message was not available in the drop down list

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot attach the new error code to STP rules
