RT-6512 Function Is Not Working (Doc ID 2631346.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.4 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The function ID 6512 (Consolidated Cheque Data Entry) is not working as Expected and the Accounting entries are not getting generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
the function ID suppose to post the Accounting entry based on the user input

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to the Function ID 6512 (Consolidated Cheque Data Entry)
2. Input the details and save the transaction
3. Check the Accounting entry Posted

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the Consolidated Cheque Data Entry, For individual cheque bank need to post the entry and its taking very long time to complete the activity. So bank want to user the function 6512 - Consolidated Cheque Data Entry
