ECM 807 - KYC UI Doesn't Allign Well An Doesn't Refresh (Doc ID 2631526.1)

Symptoms

There are two 'cosmetic' issues in the KYC UI in ECM 807.
1) the first one is, that unlike in ECM, you can never see the search parameters and the search result in the same page. You have to collapse the search page to see the list of assessments. you can never see both in the same screen. Plus, there's a huge amount of white space.
2) if you hover over the Administration tab, the pop'up/drop down doesn't disappear anymore.
We are using Chrome browser. This issue has always been around, it didn't occur since we started applying patches or hot fixes.
