Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is able to login even after the user profile is locked.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should not be able to login after user profile is locked.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)User tries login with incorrect credentials
2) user profile gets locked.
3) user profile became locked on superadmin
4) attempt fingerprint access through mobile app
1st attempt user gets system cannot process request
2nd attempt, user manage to log in
5) user profile became unlocked on superadmin
6) User manage to log in through web and mobile using the same password, and through fingerprint
