MT101 Transaction With 57A As Our Branch Not Creating Book Transfer (Doc ID 2632187.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is creating Cross Border Transaction instead of Book Transfer Transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction should be booked as book transfer instead of cross border transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inject an MT101 with 57A as branch BIC & 59F customer of our bank
2. Check transaction in PMSINRFT screen. Cross border Transaction Created.
3. Check in PBSOVIEW/PBDOVIEW no transaction created. Instead transaction can be seen in PXSOVIEW/PXDOVIEW

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a book transfer transaction when 57a is given as Branch BIC.
