ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBPM, After No Pay action in CADFPBMP transaction is not getting auto cancelled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In OBPM, After No Pay action in CADFPBMP transaction should be getting auto cancelled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Override/Hold should be set as preference in CADFPMNT for No Debit
2. Initiated the a XBO Transaction
3. Transaction should be moved to ECA queue with interim status
4. Manually NO PAY from CADFPBMP
5. Transaction should be cancelled with ECA as rejected

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users on performing No Pay from CADFPBMP , the transaction is not auto cancelled.
