Symptoms

When attempting to delete an unauthorized reversal done on a Letter of Credit contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
LCCON-083 - Undo can be done only by the maker of the last event


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue an LC contract and authorize
2. From another User, perform reversal
3. Delete the reversal performed to change the contract status back to active
4. Verify if reversal is successfully undone

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete a reversal done on an LC contract . Due to this unauthorized contract in pending queue, EOD cannot be commenced
