Symptoms

When attempting to reset the Password of a Migrated user from OBDX 16.2.0.0.0 to OBDX 18.1.0.0.0
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request, please try again later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Application and Reset the Password of Migrated User having special character like @# in Username.
2. Error "System cannot process the request, please try again later" is observed.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin users cannot reset the password of Migrated users.

Changes

Issue is happening only to Migrated Users from OBDX 16.2 version where OAM was integrated with OBDX.
