Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
When logged in simultaneously from two devices - Desktop and Mobile and clicked on Transfer Payments - the Application is redirecting to Contact Us Page in Mobile App.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
When logged in from Desktop and Mobile and upon clicking Transfer Payments or any other Transaction - Application should redirect to either Payments Page or Login Page.

STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX Application from Desktop Machine.
2. Login into OBDX Application from Mobile App.
3. Click on Transfers Payments in Mobile App --> Contact Us Page is being redirected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not redirected to correct page in case of simultaneous logins in OBDX Mobile Application.

No changes to the environment/product/hardware causes this issue.
