ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Inbound MT101 - Transactions are not getting created for processed messages
Transactions are not getting created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The transaction should be created for the processed messages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Inject an Inbound MT101 via EMS
Step 2: Query the message in PMSINRFT screen
Step 3: Query the transaction PXSOVIEW / PBSOVIEW screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the transaction
