ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT103 remains in COVR queue at Incoming Message Browser after it got processed successfullly post injection of MT202cov.
Incoming MT103 remains in COVR queue at Incoming Message Browser after it got processed successfully post injection of MT202cov of MT103.

Expected Result:


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Incoming MT103 should move out of COVR queue at Incoming Message Browser after it got processed successfully post injection of MT202cov of MT103.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inject a MT103 which moves to Cover Queue
2. Inject a MT202Cov for MT103
3. MT103 should got processed and moved out of Cover queue

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process MT103 Transaction
