In Case of OAM, Last Login Time Displayed in OBDx Screen Does Not Match With Last Login as Listed in Session Summary (Doc ID 2633678.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When OAM authentication is in place, last login time displayed on obdx screen does not match with the last login time as listed in session summary. When user logged in and logged out from the application multiple times, it can be  observed that the application does not show the last login time, it shows second or third last login time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct last login time should be shown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the application and note login time.
2. Log out and then login again and observe last login time on top right of dashboard (as highlighted in screenshots).
