Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to perform forget username functionality, username is not received on mobile via sms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Username should be received on both email and sms.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do forget user name operation.
2. Enter OTP
3. Observe that user name is received only on email, not SMS.
