When Admin Performs The Reset Password Transaction 'Persistence exception' Error is Thrown (Doc ID 2634106.1)

Symptoms

"Persistence exception" is thrown When Admin user is attempting to perform the "Reset Password" transaction. 

ERROR

Caused by: Persistence exception occurred.

Caused by: javax.persistence.RollbackException: Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.5.2.v20140319-9ad6abd): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException

Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "DIGX_AP_TXN_PROCESS_ERROR"."ERROR_CODE" (actual: 26, maximum: 20)

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1)Login as Admin Initiator.

2)Navigate to "User management" transaction-->Select "Retail user" from User type drop down -->Select "Reset Password" from transaction drop down.

2)Select any user and Reset password.

3)After Reset from initiator, login as Admin Auth --> Navigate to "Activity log"-->Select "Approve Pending" for reset password transaction.

4)When click on Approve button getting error like "Rejected by host" in status and getting "Persistence exception" in Screen.
