Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Attempts lefts on user enrollment/registration OTP screen is not displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attempt left for user to try OTP should be displayed on OTP screen coming after user registration form submission

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Home
2.Select Registration option from menu
3. Fill the details and submit
