'System Cannot Process Request Currently' Error Observed by Authorizer On Click Of 'Pending For Approval' Tab On Dashboard (Doc ID 2634672.1)

Symptoms

Authorizer users are unable to view the list of transactions for approval.
When authorizer clicks on 'Pending for Approval' tab present on dashboard to view the pending transaction list to authorize , application gives an error.

System cannot process request currently. Please try later.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a rule where set a user as maker & a user as authorizer / approver.
2. Login via initiator/maker & initiate a payment transaction.This will be pending for approval.
3. Login via approver user & click on the ' 'Pending for Approval' >Payments tab.
