CLDBRNPT : Webservice Simulation Issue - Account Simulation Fails with error CL-ACC-009 (Doc ID 2635079.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to do the account simulation,the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Launch CLDBRNPT screen. Auto generation of account number is set to N
2. Account simulation is tried by sending account number in request. System shows error CL-ACC-009.
3. Tried to set the autogen to Y and same xml is tried without sending account number, system simulated successfully.
