Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

System Parameter POOL_ACTIVE_ACCOUNTS_ONLY = Y . Only active accounts should be in the pool

Pool has been created with all active accounts.

when the pool status is changed to ‘SOLD’, system checks whether the accounts are in ACTIVE status as per the system parameter value for POOL_ACTIVE_ACCOUNTS_ONLY . Since the value is Y, Accounts that are inactive(e.g. PAIDOFF) will be deleted from the pool.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Accounts should not be deleted from the pool once negotiation to sales begins

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. POOL_ACTIVE_ACCOUNTS_ONLY Set as ‘Y’
2. Create a new Pool
3. Select any account from the pool and settle (PAID OFF)
4. Change status of Pool to SOLD

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Bank not able to complete the negotiation with buyer for pool sales
