Input LC amount greater than 2 digits after decimal gives error 'The amount should be lesser than one trillion'. (Doc ID 2636080.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to initiate an LC for currency in KWD and entering the amount after 3 digits the decimal points
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The amount should be lesser than one trillion.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into an application with corporate user.
2. Navigate to letter of credit.
3. Click on initiate LC.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can initiate an LC in currency-KWD only up to 2 digits after the decimal point.
