FCCM 801 Installation Issues (Doc ID 2636669.1)

FCCM 801 installation issues

Installer console output shows that installation completed successfully but OFS_BD logs show huge amount of errors (more than 8000). On checking all logs, below is what we observed.

1. Pack_Install.log - 1 error as below
[Thu 30/1/2020 11:32:45] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] [ INFO] - Setup status : 2
[Thu 30/1/2020 11:32:45] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] [ERROR] - Error : APP Setup bin file failed.

2. OFS_BD failed with more than 8K errors
The 1st error encountered in this file is while creation of view de_audit_date (table or view does not exist for table KDD_CASE_ACTIONS). Before that point the log does not show any problems. We are wondering that since the table is created by the same installer before this step, how is it possible that it does not exist at this point. So either the create table did not run or it failed but without throwing any error in the log.
