Created User And Modified User Is Null For The Correction Entries (Doc ID 2636737.1)

Symptoms

Scenario : 1
During the correction submit process, when submit any correction entry, it gets inserted into FCT_GL_CORRECTION_ENTRIES table. The table gets populated with the created date but it stores null for the created User.
Scenario: 2
Also when save the correction entry and then submit it, the created date and modified date is populated, but the created user and modified user is null.
