KYC On-Boarding : WatchList & Scoredetails are not coming (Doc ID 2637380.1)

Goal

Customer was configuring  KYC on-boarding solution (8.0.7.0) for mega bank. When  hitting first link of KYC on-boarding , then getting the response as request id and application id. However for the  second link , not getting the response and also not getting the WatchListDetails and ScoreDetails key-values as expected. Post applying all the patches, in RAOR service was giving 500 Internal Server Error.
