On : 11.6 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The User was unable to save the contract initially which later was saved successfully by checking the waiver flag.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Null or zero Collection period is not allowed for periodic and non-periodic commission

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------------------

1. Open Bank Guarantee screen with edit then amend .
2. Try to amendment the contract with expiry date or Claim value .
3 .Try to save the contract with Null or zero collection period .
