Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating New Corporate users from admin user, bank internal user not able to select year from date picker.
The date picker restricts user to select date from date picker.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While creating New Corporate users from admin user, bank internal user should be able to select year from date picker.
The date picker should not restricts user to select date from date picker.
STEPS
-------
1. Login using admin user.
2. Click on User management.
3. Click on "create" button.
4. Select "Corporate User" from drop down and enter Party ID.
5. Click on search button.
6. Click on "Create" button.
7. Click on date picker icon.
8. From date picker window try to select year and try to navigate and select previous years from window.

Due to this issue, users cannot select date from date picker.
